I just started training with a small school owned by a third degree black belt under Renato Tavares. The school is affiliated, but there are not separate levels of classes (besides kid and adult). Five classes a week will rotate through a few specific themes, but there are no levels. I like the instructor and the students, but I just read somewhere that you should look for a structured curriculum or at least separate level classes.

Did I make a mistake or hasty decision going to this school, or is this a legitimate approach? As a brand new white belt, what should I expect from a curriculum like this if I do stay?
