My gym doesn't do stripes. How am I doing?
I’ve been training semi-casually for a year (class + rolling 1-3x/wk plus strength training 2-3x/wk). My gym doesn’t do stripes as far as I can tell, so I have no idea how far along I am towards blue belt. Any insight as to how I can estimate? I know I shouldn’t be focused on belts but here we are.
